In-person Mindfulness & Meditation Weekly Classes Jan 9th-Feb 20th
As a Chopra certified meditation coach – I would love to share with you all the benefits of both mindfulness and meditation. Every Tuesday evening (6-7:30pm) from Jan 9th to Feb 20th (7 weeks) you will learn how both of these powerful practices can help you not only reduce the stress in your life but help you improve your physical, mental and energetic wellness. Not only will your relationship with yourself improve as you find your peace within – but all your relationships will improve!
