Whether you have experienced the healing practice of yin yoga first hand or would like to understand it on a deeper level – this workshop is for you. Yin Yoga is so underestimated as to its healing capacity. This practice incorporates everything from cutivating stillness & silence to activating the healing systems of the chakras, organs & meridian lines and it brings into alignment the body, mind and soul to understand the deeper meanings of spiritual growth. Join Leslie for a morning filled with a deep healing practice of Yin Yoga. This is an in-person workshop at the Providence Center in Edmonton, Alberta
