Throughout the retreat, you’ll explore daily yoga, meditation, and energetic practices that move through all seven chakras – the body’s sacred energy centers – with the heart of our journey in the Sacral/Navel Chakra: the energy of water, creativity, sensuality, emotional flow and rebirth.
This chakra serves as our guiding thread, inviting you to:
