Welcome to our 2nd podcast. I’ve named this episode “Raw & Real” because this took great courage for Jennifer to speak these words and share these parts of herself that she wouldn’t have revealed in the past.
As she shares so candidly what it is like to “live in her head” I suspect there are many others out there who feel very similar to Jen. I hope this podcast is helpful to you in knowing you are not alone in your own struggle. There is great insight and courage that comes with meeting yourself in this way. Thank you Jen.
