What is “efforting”? It is the energy we expend on the many things we have no control over. This week let’s explore The Natural Law of Effort. Natural laws are all about creating balance.

This isn’t about how much effort we should be putting in… because action and effort are both essential to living and achieving our goals and doing what is important to us.

This week is about bringing awareness to how much effort we may be unwittingly and often unnecessarily wasting in our life

So often, we exhaust ourselves by:

  • Arguing with what already is
  • Blaming ourselves or others
  • Trying to prove or defend our point of view

And even if we’re right… it often costs us our energy, peace and clarity.

This week’s invitation is to notice where your energy is going… and gently shift the natural flow of your effort into balance.

Less efforting.
More allowing.
It’s about how to gain more clarity so you can move forward.
