FYI; Sound in the first 2 minutes is crappy I fix it & the rest is clear. Stick with me on this one – it’s a great message! Turn up your sound – but prepare for it to get loud when I fix it.

Sometimes the hardest part of life isn’t what’s happening… it’s not knowing what’s coming next.

Our human mind wants certainty. It wants answers, control, and a clear path forward. But life doesn’t always work that way, and when we resist that uncertainty, we often create more stress and suffering for ourselves.

This week, we explore the practice of Surrender.

Not giving up… but letting go.
Not losing control… but releasing the need to have it.

When we can show up, do our best, stay aligned with what feels true for us – and then trust the unfolding – we begin to experience life differently.

More ease.
More peace.
More trust.

Because sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do… is let go, and allow life to meet us where we are.

Namaste,
Leslie 💙🙏
