Yoga Meditation Retreat

I went on my first yoga meditation retreat with Leslie this summer. It’s something I was always shying away from. This time , it felt right, timing was right and I liked the fact we had a book to read and learn from during the sessions. The pace Leslie set was relaxing, the exercises and meditations felt great and I enjoyed the Sanctum location and the fellowship of the women. Highly recommend it – really helped me gain insight into my own ways of thinking and finding peace after the death of my mother.

Continual quest for healing

My new profound knowledge of my whole body and my energy system was started at a Chakra Journey Weekend hosted by Leslie. Leslie, you are one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated instructor’s I know. You are adept at working with all ages and capabilities of clients and always have time for each of us when we need it.
