This practice incorporates everything from cutivating stillness & silence to activating the healing systems of the chakras, organs & meridian lines and it brings into alignment the body, mind and soul to understand the deeper meanings of spiritual growth. Join Leslie for a morning filled with a deep healing practice of Yin Yoga.
