Wake up and plug in! 

How to “plug in”;

  1. Wake up 10 mins earlier everyday
  2. Go outside – no matter what the weather is;
  3. Stand barefoot in the grass and/or put your hand on a tree;
  4. Plug in. Breathe deep, be still & connect to Mother Nature.
  5. Silently witness the natural flow of nature all around you.
  6. Then “Tap In” a really good day!

I challenge you to plug in consecutively for the next 21 days.

No matter what is going on in your world, your mind or your body – do this. Make this commitment to yourself. You deserve it.

Let’s begin each day consciously “plugging in” and with no expectations at all – be open and curious as to how this daily practice changes how you live each day. Start  your 21 days now.
