Enjoy taking a variety of yoga classes? Our monthly yoga membership allows you to take any or ALL of our yoga classes each month! The following outlines the weekly yoga classes that are available.
Yoga & Fitness Monthly Membership Includes Any or All of Our Yoga & Fitness Classes!
MONDAYS
- 7:00 a.m. – Monday Morning “Tap In” with Leslie
- 9:15 a.m. – Total Body Conditioning (60 minutes)
- 10:30 a.m. – Hatha Yoga (60 minutes)
TUESDAYS
- 8:45 a.m. Cardio HIIT (30 minutes)
- 9:30 a.m. – Yin Yoga (75 minutes)
WEDNESDAYS
- 9:15 a.m. – 3-2-1 & Core (60 minutes)
- 10:30 a.m. – Energy Yoga (75 minutes)
THURSDAYS (recordings only)
- HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training) (30 minutes)
- Yoga for Strength (60 minutes)
- Thursdays – Fascia body workout (45 minutes)
FRIDAYS
- 9:00 a.m. – Fitness Mix (60 minutes)
- 10:15 a.m. – Yoga for Relaxation (60 minutes)

Yoga and Fitness Monthly Membership – $55 per month
Includes:
- Monday “Tap-In” class
- Any or ALL of the above yoga AND fitness classes
- 6 weeks worth of videos of each class. This allows you to participate if you are unable to attend live classes.
