Cardio Hi/Lo

This is a fun, upbeat, choreographed cardio class that will strengthen and improves your respiratory and cardio fitness.

This class is designed to:

  • Increase your heart rate & improve oxygenation throughout your body.
  • Help maintain bone density & increase lean muscle mass
  • Keeps your musculoskeletal System strong while improving balance and coordination

Options are always offered in my classes.

  • Low impact aerobics keeps one foot on the floor – so there is no jumping, while options are offered to increase your heart rate using other muscles simultaneously to strengthening your cardio fitness.
  • High impact aerobics offers more jumping.

Go at your own pace!

Whether you choose to do the entire class high impact or low impact or a combination of both, you will have fun doing it and improve your fitness in so many ways!!
