Fitness Mix
This class is for everyone! It has everything you need and many things you didn’t even know you needed!
Each class will come with a different mix.
One week it may be an even combination of cardio/strength and yoga – as in 20 mins cardio-20 mins resistance training-20 mins yoga.
Another week it may be 30 mins of hi/lo combinations with 15 mins of strength and 15 mins of yoga/stretch.
Another week it may be a 30 min 321 class with 30 mins of yoga.
Come ready to move, strengthen and stretch your body and your mind (as there will always be some inspirational words and tips offered with each class)
