Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning (TBC) classes can be taught in so many different ways, with variations that will be sure to bring fun and versatility into your day and your workouts.

All variations of this full-body workout is a must to fit into your wellness routine!

  • Every class will begin with a full-body warm-up and then using different modalities we will focus on all of our major muscle groups within our body.
  • Each class will help you to develop strength, endurance, and stability.
  • Classes may also incorporate some form of cardio.

Each class, each day I will offer a different variation of Total Body Conditioning.

Some days it may be a circuit type class which is another “must” to add to your schedule. ​Circuit​ TBC classes are:

  • timed drills with a mix of cardio, strength, and core exercises
  • these fun interval circuit exercises will target all of your major muscle groups and challenge you to push yourself even further.

No matter what variation we do, you can be guaranteed you will strengthen your body and bring awareness to bringing proper alignment into your body with each exercise.

Whether you are looking to challenge yourself, learn proper alignment, or learn new exercises my Total Body Conditioning classes are beneficial for everyone!

  • In every class, I will offer options to modify or intensify everything that we are doing.
  • Weights of all kinds and sizes are welcome – use what is best for your own fitness level!
