This is why gratitude is such an important practice and why it will truly change the way you live your life.
Come join Leslie for this 3-hour workshop where you will learn to bring gratitude into your everyday life. We will start with a Yoga practice that will open our hearts, fill our souls and integrate gratitude into our bodies. As we draw in appreciation for our lives and everyone in it, our hearts open, our immune system gets a boost and we receive a positive charge towards all of the goals for 2022 that we may set at the start of this new year!
You will leave this workshop with a greater understanding of this wonderful practice and armed with the different tools you can use to bring gratitude into your everyday life.
NOTE: Everyone in attendance will receive Wellness Defined’s 30-day Gratitude & Mindfulness Journal!
Why Gratitude?
Gratitude is a practice of being present and enjoying all the wonderful moments in our lives that can pass us by unnoticed.
It is an intentional practice that once we cultivate, shifts our energy from negative to positive, from hopeless to hopeful, and can shift us from imagining worst-case scenarios into imagining best-case scenarios!
I have found in my own life that when I make the choice to find the good in everything and anything, whether it be a challenging situation, person, or a relationship, this is where true transformation enters my life. Gratitude is the gateway into living our best lives, Spiritually, emotionally, mentally, energetically & physically.
