Accountability and short programed recordings and/or classes designed for specific needs are the 2 biggest benefit of this session.
Personal Training sessions are approx. 40 mins in length. This can be a personal on-line session for specific exercises (with access to the recording for a select time) or access to the Yoga and fitness classes membership with specific classes designed and produced for specific needs.
Depending on the needs of the client – which will be discussed and assessed in a free 30 min consultation – the flexibility of this session/membership will be determined before any commitment is needed.
