How do we actually experience the deeper part of ourselves?
Most of us have been taught to trust what we can see, hear, touch, taste… or explain.
And if we can’t explain it? We tend to dismiss it.
But what if… We experience life in more ways than just thinking?
Have you ever walked into a room and felt something was off?
Or just known something… without proof?
Or had a feeling you couldn’t explain… but it stayed with you?
These moments aren’t strange. They are part of how we experience life – beyond the thinking mind.
The truth is… We are constantly sensing, feeling, noticing, and picking up on things.
But over time, we’ve learned to override that. To explain it away. To trust the mind over everything else.
The mind wants logic.
It wants proof.
It wants certainty.
But the deeper part of us… Communicates differently.
- Quietly.
- Subtly.
- Through feeling, awareness, and knowing.
This isn’t about being “psychic” or developing something new. It’s about becoming aware of what you already experience.
I’ve had many moments in my life where I felt something I couldn’t explain.
Sometimes I listened… and things flowed.
Other times, I let my thinking mind talk me out of it… and things felt harder than they needed to be.
And what I’ve come to learn is this: When I listen inward… there is a different kind of guidance available.

Pause before you judge. Notice before you explain.
Be curious.
Be open.
What are you feeling… that you might normally override?
What do you sense… that doesn’t need to be explained?
Because maybe… There is more to how you experience life than just thinking your way through it.
