Interestingly some delayed “energy” going on today (hahaha) my words are just slightly off with my mouth movements.
The message is clear though – mind your own energy and stand in your full power!
Are you aware of your energy vibe?
Do you ever wake up in the morning and check in with yourself energy-wise? If not this may be a practice you want to start incorporating into your day.
Energy is everywhere and it is everything. You have control over your energy as I have control over mine. If I don’t mind my own energy than I am at the mercy of every single situation in my life.
Without minding my own energy the outside world has way too much power over my emotions, thoughts, reactions and energy field. When I’m not minding my own energy and emotions, the outside world always throw me off balance but when I’m mindful of how I feel, how things affect me, how I want to feel and how I want to react, the outer world has way less ability to throw me off balance.
I never used to believe I had any control over my emotions. Can you just imagine the emotional train wreck I used to be? And by “control over my emotions” – I don’t mean not allowing them. Minding my energy is all about honouring what I am feeling and experiencing when I’m thrown off balance and taking responsibility for how I can bring myself back into balance.
The outside world isn’t punishing me by throwing me off balance. Often it is simply responding to my own un-minded energy but it is also just the way of the human experience. Other people’s perceptions, projections, wounds, karma and unaware ego’s are all struggling through this life. It is inevitable that we will clash at some point in time.
ANYTHING can throw ANYONE off balance if you’re not minding your energy. Add to that the natural flow of nature and do you even have a chance of achieving balance in your energy field?
You do if you learn and practice minding your energy!
A Full Moon can and will throw you off balance – unless you mind your energy and even then if you are resisting the moon’s energy it can get the best of you. All the more reason to mind your energy through the watery, emotional tides of Moon energy.
A New Moon can also throw you off balance but in a different way. The spring and fall equinox and the summer and winter solstice can and will all have a natural unbalancing effect on you. It is the natural cycle of seasonal shifts and changes. Add to that your human tendencies, habits, fears, wounds, trauma’s, drama’s, perceptions of life and really…do you even have a chance of achieving balance?
Yes!
When you mind your energy, you stand in your power!
Nature can often have a chaotic flow to it, as the seasons change, as the moon makes its way from full to new and new back to full again, there are cycles and universal shifts happening all around you. When you’re caught up in your human experience and miss these natural energetic cycles and shifts you can get thrown way off balance very quickly.
Minding your own energy is a powerful practice that can bring you back into balance with the natural flows of the Universe. It requires you to tune into your own energy field and notice how whatever is unfolding around you is affecting your energy. No matter what is happening in your life, if your energy field is left unattended, unprotected and frail, you will be affected on a daily basis.
