Surrendering to your own healing – begins with shedding the B.S.

Meaning…it’s time to shake up your Belief System

To truly live your best life – and experience real peace within – you have to shine light on the beliefs that keep you stuck and be willing to change them.

Every thought we think shapes our emotions, our behavior, and ultimately, our reality.

With so many people struggling with anxiety, stress and overwhelm, it’s easy to understand why we just want to numb out or distract ourselves and our minds. We want to stop feeling so much and take a break from the noise inside our head.

We can’t heal by numbing the human experience though. We heal by bringing awareness to it.
By daring to look at what we’ve been thinking, believing and reacting to – often without realizing it.

No one else can do that for us.
Not our partner, not our friends, not our past, not even a pill – though the support of medication and the people who love us can help along the healing journey – too much meditation (numbing) and we lose the inner connection that allows real healing to happen. And “healing” can mean – physical healing, emotional healing, and mental wellness.

Healing begins the moment we stop asking, “Why is this happening to me?” and start asking, “What am I believing that keeps me here?”

That’s where the real surrender begins. Surrender to your own healing and shed the B.S (your belief system)

Your Brain, Beliefs, and Energy Are All Connected

Neuroscientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor discovered – through her own experience with having a stroke – that we each have four distinct characters living within our brain – each with a voice, a pattern, and a perspective. When we learn to recognize, understand and then bring them into balance, we start to rewire our thought patterns and, in turn, our belief system.

Now, when we weave this together with an understanding of our energy (chakra) centers – which are energetic bridges that connect us within – we begin to recognize why we think, feel and act the way we do.

When the brain and chakras align, we begin to:

  • Understand our tendencies, attachments and the beliefs systems that trip us up
  • Feel emotions without drowning in them
  • Respond instead of react – making better choices
  • Lead from the heart instead of the ego
  • Speak with clarity instead of fear
  • Remember who we really are
  • Connect to our higher self while staying grounded in the real world

It’s truly life-changing awareness – and it’s teachable. If you are ready and willing to step into your own healing journey – you can train your brain and the energy body for alignment, peace and healing.

Awareness Changes Everything

Most of our beliefs and tendencies were shaped in childhood, long before we had the awareness to question them. But today, as conscious adults, we get to pause. Observe. Question.

When we find ourselves triggered, anxious, or in old stories – we can stop, take a breath, and ask: “What am I believing right now that makes me feel this way?”

That question alone begins to open the mind – and if we let it – open the heart – so we can shift the energy within and release the limiting beliefs that keep us stuck.

Because behavior follows belief. Change the belief and you change everything.

With awareness, desire and intention, you can retrain your brain, rewire your energy system, and reclaim your peace.

Training Your Brain for a Better Life

The truth is, healing isn’t mysterious.
It’s a practice – one of awareness, compassion, self-love, patience and retraining.

When we learn to think, see, speak, love, act and feel differently – we can do things differently. This gives us the power to choose a different response – a kinder thought, a softer tone, a more loving action.

Because your healing doesn’t happen to you. It begins within you.
