What’s your vibe? The Universe is abundant and respond to vibration. If you’ve got a good vibration going – meaning the energy behind whatever it is you are doing in the moment – the Universe multiplies it! The Universe is also neutral, not biased and non-judgemental – so if your vibration is in the energy of annoyance… The Universe has no choice but to hand you more things to be annoyed with. So make sure your vibration is at an energy of what you want to attract! What you put out there vibrationally is what you will experience back – tenfold! Creating Good Karma

Karma is action. 

In the simplest of terms;

• Good Karma is created when you intentionally do, think or say things to create happiness, healing or joy. This can be for another person or for yourself and it is even better karma when whatever you are doing, thinking and saying serves both yourself and those around you in a positive way.
• Bad Karma is created when you intentionally do, think or say something that causes harm to another person OR to yourself.

What you do, think or say creates an energy around you that is naturally put out into the Universe as a vibration. Whether you are aware of it or not – you communicate vibrationally.

What is your vibe today? 

Now, ponder this… In any given moment, what you put out vibrationally comes back to you tenfold. The Universe is abundant so it multiplies whatever you are vibrationally putting out into the world.

You might be doing a good deed but silently resenting every minute of it and as the Universe responds to vibration and in this case the vibration is resentment – more things to resent will naturally come your way. This is not to punish you but simply because that is how the Universe, energy and vibration work!

It is so important to understand that the Universe isn’t biased or judgemental it just naturally mirrors back what is being sent out, The Universe is neutral and is simply responding to your vibration.

Let’s say you’re doing this same good deed but this time you are feeling very fortunate, happy & grateful to be doing it. As the Universe responds to your vibration – it will send you more things to feel fortunate, happy and grateful for!

This is a natural Universal Law!  

There is so much more to karma – but let’s start with this basic concept and notice if you can recognize the energy and vibration you are putting out there.

Today, be generous with others and yourself. Tune into your heart for guidance to choose an action that will create happiness or joy for you and those around you.
