- Do I have healthy boundaries?
- Can I effectively set & assert my boundaries?
- Do the people in my life know, understand & respect my boundaries?
- Do I know, understand and respect other people’s boundaries?
- Do I have a healthy relationship with myself?
- Does it feel like my life is in balance?
