Simply BE this week by minding your own words!
Truth, communication, throat chakra energy and creating a better YOU and life for yourself.
Minding your own words is all about how well you communicate. Not just with others but with yourself! Listen in to this week’s “Simply BE theme of the week” to find some really effective ways to integrate a better way of speaking to yourself, change how you see yourself and BE or become a better person. BE that person who loves life and finds joy in the little things in life. BE grateful in even the toughest situations. This will change your life and shift the relationships with yourself in such a positive way.
Words can create a beautiful life or they can destroy everything around you. If you accept and believe in this truth than you can change your whole life simply by minding your own words.
Mind your words and honour the powerful energy of the Throat Chakra with inner truth and communication
What others say to or about you isn’t your business as you have no control over anyone other than yourself. When you mind your own business and your own words – you have the power to transform your life. The truth is…the words you are speaking (and thinking) to yourself & others is what is currently manifesting in your current life! If you want to change your life start with how you communicate to yourself. Do you speak to yourself with love, respect and acceptance?
How can you mind your own words in the direction of self-love, acceptance and respect?
When you are not minding your words, you can easily fall into habits of;
- Complaining.
- Gossiping (which is the most detrimental use of your word).
- Condemning others.
- Judging yourself or others.
- Blaming yourself or others.
- Creating fear (adding momentum to any fear with your words).
- Destroying potentially wonderful relationships.
- Wreaking havoc on your own self-worth and self-esteem.
When you do mind your own words – you will begin to;
- Stop using your words against yourself.
- Stop betraying yourself.
- Stop gossiping.
- Stop judging yourself and others.
- Stop punishing yourself and others.
- Take responsibility for your words, actions & life.
- Stop blaming yourself and others
- Stop shaming yourself and others
- Stop guilting yourself and others
- Stop “shoulding” yourself and others
When you learn to truly love, accept and respect yourself by being kind to yourself and the words you speak inward, you will naturally take responsibility for your life. This is an empowering way of taking charge of your life without blaming, shaming or judging yourself (or anyone else).
Reflect this week and discover the truth of your inner voice. This gives you the insight to shift and change who you are currently being into who you want to BE.
