Forgiveness
Forgiveness does not mean that whatever someone has done to you is okay. Forgiveness is an empowering step in which you no longer give a person the power to control your triggers and emotions. Hating, blaming, judging or fearing them gives them way too much control over you.
An unwillingness to forgive a person (dead or alive) gives them complete power over you. It is time to shift that power!
Today, take your power back and begin the process of forgiving someone.
I am in no way saying forgiveness is an easy step to take – but it certainly is empowering and incredibly healing and beneficial for the inner alignment of your body, mind and Soul. Be patient and compassionate with yourself and this process. Today, it may simply be a big enough step to be willing to forgive someone.
